In Sanskrit, Antara means “within”, “in the middle” or “in-between”, inorder to purify our soul or to gain the ultimate union we need to connect the body and mind, Antara is that middle ground “The Bridge”.
Yoga is a philosophy of a way of life, an experiential science, each person’s experience with yoga is unique, with the ultimate aim to reach oneness in both body and mind that is Sampoorna. However, yoga has evolved over centuries to embrace the wisdom of many places and times. Although it means something diverse to each person, it is entrenched in the being of “Oneness.”
Throughout history, it has been split into diverse 'schools' of practice, focusing on different aspects of yoga, whether it is Iyengar, Sivananda, Hatha, Ashtanga or Power yoga. Each branch is guidance to support and direct each person in this exciting journey of the same tree, the tree of the “Self.”
Yoga means union. Hence Antara's Sampoorna Yoga encompasses the union of body and mind, wholeness of the self, union of jivatman with the paramataman. Antara's Sampoorna Yoga is the Circle Of Life.
